Here are some commonly asked questions about our pricing structure, software licences, and what's included in each package.
Our Standard EPOS Software is available from £20 per month, which covers your software licence and access to all core features. The Pro EPOS Software, which includes our advanced VAT system, is £50 per month. There is also an optional Postcode Database annual subscription for address search functionality, priced at £60 per year after the first year. A one-off setup and training fee of £199 applies.
No. Intuitive POS does not charge any transaction fees on your sales. Your monthly software licence fee is a flat rate, meaning you keep more of your revenue regardless of how busy your business is. Any payment processing fees are set by your chosen payment provider, not by us.
Absolutely not. We believe in complete transparency with our pricing. All costs are clearly outlined before you commit to anything. Our packages have a one-off hardware price, a setup fee, and a monthly software licence — that's it. Any optional extras, such as a kitchen printer or caller ID, are clearly priced and entirely optional.
Every Intuitive POS package includes our Windows-based EPOS application (non-cloud), seamless order management, split bill functionality, cold food VAT saving, missing item reminders, clock-in/clock-out for staff, easy navigation, and live monitoring. Optional add-ons include kitchen display systems, tablet ordering, cloud caller ID, label printers, and more.
